Initial meet and greet Complimentary
Our 1st contact will allow us to discuss your goals, health history, and exercise experience and see if the fit is right for you.
One on one training
$40 - $90 / Session
All training plans are personally created by me specifically for YOU. Prices per session vary in-person vs. online. Package rates and discount available.
Full body + Nutritional Programing $189
This includes 4 sessions. Session 1: Full body, exercise history, posture, gait, flexibility and mobility assessment (it's a work out, trust me) and we set up your Nutrition template start point. Sessions 2-4 are 60 minutes in length and each one will cover your programming design creation with application. We will review your nutrition tracking at each session.
Just Nutrition
$99 To Start +$15/ Week
Weekly check-ins and support throughout week. This is an ongoing service and is usually paid for a month at a time. Weekly check-ins are done virtually or on the phone to maximize communication.
The Executive
$75 / Session
This is a 75-minute special session that is not formatted but is selective and chosen based on individual athletic performance goals or areas of challenge that require extra attention.
The Athlete
$90 / Session
This is a 90 minute full warm up, mobility, lift (strength/ endurance mobility program that we are focusing on) session with stretch and cool down. This is the deluxe treatment for any well seasoned athlete looking for a special work out and private coaching without having to feel performance pressure from prying eyes at the gym.
